Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to customers located in the United States and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that processing time is separate from the time required for your order to be delivered after it has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 on eligible orders.

Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping region. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped.

While we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@southernlacrosse.com.

For damaged or defective items, you may be asked to provide a photograph of the item and/or packaging to help us evaluate the issue. Once your claim has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process and any applicable refund or replacement options.
